When I met Hilare I was going through a full on nervous system shut down and nervous breakdown. In the middle of a horrific divorce, my business was off track, I needed to move and I was severely depressed to the point of not being able to do anything including getting out of bed. And I was to the point of no hope and no where to turn that was helping.

Traditional prayer and church stuff, counseling you name it I had tried it all and exhausted the money I had saved to try to get help from the dark hole I was in. I was having panic attacks and extreme anxiety that just kept getting worse. I didn’t know how to get help or where to turn anymore.

Then God sent Hilare. Her hope, the tools and skills she has learned, her willingness, the specialized training she has and everything about her unique set of skills, abilities and desires is something i genuinely hope every single person encounters. Her theological knowledge and submission and surrender to Jesus is to be admired and she’s helped me more than maybe anyone in my life in my Christian walk. I know what it’s like to live with a deep, nagging pain of trauma, failure, and frustration. I also know the glory of true, genuine freedom to thrive in all that really matters. I celebrate and pray for your desire to pursue what's most important to experiencing true success and satisfaction in life. Your internal relationships with God and with yourself show up in every area of your life. Root systems produce fruit systems. You can’t give to anyone else what you don’t possess, and you can’t lead where you’ve not been. So how do we grow our capacity? “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” 2 Corinthians 3:17 You may be asking, as I did, “If I have His Spirit, His Word, His sacrifice and righteousness, why am I still frustrated? Why am I not free?“As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.”(Proverbs 23:7)There are areas inside of us where we are 100% on board with God’s word, and yet other areas—usually subconscious—where we are at odds, disbelieving, acting against, or in denial about the very things we willingly believe. This is more normal than you think. How? 96% of our consciousness is subcortical. This leaves only 4% of all that makes decisions for our life in the sphere of our formal reasoning and rational awareness. So how do we possibly address what lays beneath? Great question! God doesn’t leave us stuck where we are. He has provided for our every need and wants to accomplish these things with us relationally so that we may intimately, confidently know and love Him with ALL our heart, soul, mind and strength. ”The Spirit of the Lord is on me,because he has anointed meto preach good news to the poor.He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind,to set free the oppressed,to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and to comfort all who mourn.”Luke 4:18-19, Isaiah 61:1-2He knows everything you’ve been through. Every area of trauma, pain, difficulty, shame and brokenheartedness. Jesus went to the cross to exchange all that has been developed apart from Him to miraculously, experientially give you all He has for you. Jesus wants you to experientially know His freedom and the abundance of holiness life in every area of life. This is our journey of being ever increasingly transformed into His image, until His mind lives freely in us and us in Him. “Fill your thoughts with My words until they penetrate deep into your spirit. Then, as you unwrap my words, they will impart true life and radiant health into the very core of your being.
